Payroll Operations & Systems Manager

Delighted to be working with this FTSE business in recruiting an experienced Payroll & Systems Manager. The role has responsibility for the EMEA payroll operations alongside payroll systems and projects including project managing the centralisation of all European payrolls to the UK.

Borehamwood, Hertfordshire HQ
Circa £60,000 plus benefits
Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home working

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EMEA payroll professional who combines strong technical payroll expertise with payroll systems and project management experience.

Key Skills & Experience

* Strong end-to-end payroll experience
* Experience managing EMEA / international payrolls
* Payroll systems implementation and optimisation
* Experience managing payroll systems projects and implementations
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
* Experience working with external payroll providers
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
* Team management capability (team of two)
