Our client a small and friendly established independent freight forwarder are seeking a highly motivated and experienced inside sales executive to join their dynamic team at their Fleet branch premises
An exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with previous operational or inside sales industry experience.

Duties will include :
•Identify and source new business opportunities through self-generated leads and those provided by internal teams.
•Develop and maintain client relationships to increase sales across air freight and courier services.
•Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotations, ensuring all terms and clauses are correctly included.
•Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to align service capabilities with customer requirements.
•Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and ensure a smooth handover to operations post-sale.
•Utilise strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales and build long-term partnerships.

Knowledge of the Multi-Freight or similar system would be an advantage.
