Join a mission-driven leader in its field that has doubled in size in the last two years and is now experiencing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. As Global People Business Partner for Group Functions, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy across corporate teams (Finance, IT, Legal, etc.) following a major acquisition period which has led to a transformation journey for each function including integrations and consolidations.
Reporting into the Global CPO, this role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who thrives in an international, fast-evolving environment and can drive organisation design, workforce planning, talent, and change initiatives at scale. Ideally someone who has operated within a business large enough to have a shared service model, which was working towards, or has in situ the Ulrich or Gartner operating model.

Partner with global functional leaders to deliver a future-ready People & Culture agenda
Lead projects across performance, succession, DEI, and employee experience
Use data-driven insight to shape org effectiveness and talent strategy
Support infrastructure build for scalable, efficient corporate functions
W?????? ????'???? ?????????????? ??????:
CIPD Qualified, experienced ideally within a regulated environment
Proven experience as a senior HRBP in global or matrixed environments
Expertise in org design, talent development, and change leadership
Exposure to a corporate HR structure operating with Shared Service models.
Strong commercial business acumen, coaching skills, and cultural sensitivity
