Job role - Internal Account Manager
Location - Bedford
Salary - Up to £40,000 (NEG) + Bonus
Overview:
Our Electrical Wholesale client in Bedford are looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join their busy sales team.
Package/Benefits:
• Negotiable salary (DOE)
• Bonus scheme (annual)
• 23 days holidays + BH
• Pension scheme
• Free on-site parking
Working hours:
• Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm OR 8:00am – 5:30pm
• No weekends
The Role:
• Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Managing existing customer accounts, dealing with any orders or queries
• Proactive calls out to potential new customers
• Develop a superior working relationship with key customer contacts
• Negotiate pricing, deal with all quotations and purchasing for customer requirements
• Updating the internal systems with accurate notes and order information
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
• Confident telephone manner
