Location: Victoria (office & field based)
Hours: 35 per week

Overview:

Working for a leading FE College, you will provide quality Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) to participants, supporting their career / education journey and goals.

A typical week will look like this:

-Assess needs & enrol participants
-Complete robust initial assessments
-Develop career plans
-Progress participants into work or education

You'll need the following for this role:

-2 years Employability or related sector experience
-Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
-Flexible, can do approach to work
-An IAG qualification or equivalent
