About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of labouring duties and be able to support site operations safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks.
Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
Carrying out general site maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Using hand and power tools safely when required.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Assisting with deliveries and stock management.
Performing other labouring duties as directed by management.
Requirements
Previous labouring experience preferred but not essential.
Good understanding of general labouring responsibilities and site practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
CSCS card preferred (if applicable).
Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential.
