Pay: £95.00 to £110 (Experiance Dependant)
Start: ASAP/March

The Role – Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
• Support students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
• Assist children with autism, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties
• Help manage behaviour positively and proactively
• Support learning activities set by the class teacher
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Encourage social, emotional and academic development

What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children or young people (school, care, youth work, sports coaching,
support work etc.)
• Passion for inclusive education
• Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
