SEND Teaching Assistant | Chorley area | from £89 per day | Full-time positions

Axcis are a specialist SEND education agency that are currently recruiting teaching assistants with special educational needs experience to support children and young people across the Chorley area.
We are looking for teaching assistants with experience working in an education or care setting and with a range of special educational needs. In this role you will be supporting children on both a 1-1 and group basis within the classroom and assisting them in accessing the curriculum to the best of their ability.
What we offer:
• Full-time roles across a range of primary, secondary and SEND settings.
• Daily rates starting from £89 per day.
• A range of training courses through the national college for CPD.
What you will need:
• An enhanced DBS certificate – if not, we can assist with applying for one.
• A minimum of 6 months working with SEND in an education or care setting (3 months MUST be in the UK for overseas candidates).
• A genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
Whilst candidates that are able to drive would be preferable, any candidates using public transport that can reliably commute to Chorley and the surrounding areas are welcome to apply.
