Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? We’re actively recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work with vulnerable pupils in a variety of SEND settings across Warrington and nearby areas.
About the Role
We work closely with a range of educational settings, including:
Mainstream schools
Special Educational Needs (SEND) schools
Pupil Referral Units (PRUs)
Alternative provisions
Whether you're looking for short-term supply work or a long-term placement, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in candidates who:
Have experience supporting individuals with SEND
Can remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Are patient, empathetic, and resilient
Have worked with children or young people with emotional or behavioural needs
If you're considering a career move into education from a care, youth work, or support background – we’d love to hear from you. Many of our partner schools welcome candidates with transferable skills and a strong understanding of behaviour management.
What We Offer
Competitive pay starting from £13.50 per hour

Regular, ongoing work (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm)
