A supportive secondary school in East London (E11) is seeking a reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The role involves supporting a mix of students, including pupils with ASD, complex needs, behavioural challenges, as well as working within mainstream classrooms.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience supporting secondary-aged pupils, including those with SEN
• Be confident supporting both SEND and mainstream learners
• Remain calm, flexible and proactive throughout the school day
• Be committed to a long-term role within a school setting
