Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students. Axcis are looking for candidates who are Level 2 or Level 3 qualified. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive educational experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to students in and out of the classroom, including one-on-one assistance or small group activities.
• Assist with planning and implementing educational activities and lessons.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt activities to meet their individual needs.
• Assist in the maintenance of a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the overall success of the educational program.
Requirements:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
