Midday Supervisor – Primary School | Chiswick
Hours: Monday – Friday (or flexible supply), 11:30am – 1:30pm
Pay: £14.25 per hour (PAYE)
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Chiswick. This role is available on a full-time (Monday–Friday) basis or as flexible supply work.
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring pupils have a safe, enjoyable, and positive lunchtime experience. You will support children in the dining hall and playground, encouraging good behaviour, social interaction, and active play.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising pupils during lunch in both indoor and outdoor settings
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a friendly, inclusive environment
• Supporting children with their meals where required
• Organising and engaging pupils in play activities
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
