About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join a friendly primary school in the M33 area of Sale. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive lunchtime team, helping to ensure pupils enjoy a safe, happy and well-supervised lunch break.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a rewarding, part-time position during the school day.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and other areas during the lunch period
-Support positive play and encourage good behaviour
-Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
-Assist pupils with routines such as lining up, organising lunch trays, and moving safely around school
-Work effectively with other midday staff and communicate any concerns to senior staff

-Be friendly, patient and approachable
-Enjoy supporting children of primary age
-Be confident in promoting positive behaviour
-Be reliable and committed to safeguarding all pupils
-Work well as part of a team
