Description

An established telecoms provider is seeking a MVNO & Carrier – Service and Account Manager to join its Wholesale team. This is a full-time role based in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man.

About the Role
The successful individual will be responsible for driving wholesale revenues across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. This includes managing and growing MVNO, Broadband, Ethernet, and IP sales to both domestic and international carriers.

This key position combines account and service management with strategic sales development. You will act as a central point of contact for wholesale clients, ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with MVNO and allocated carrier customers.
• Create and deliver Account Development Plans to retain and increase revenue.
• Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities and markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored telecoms solutions.
• Lead the pre-sales process including qualification, bid creation and proposal development.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Attend relevant events and engage in networking to support lead generation and client engagement.

Candidate Profile
• At least five years’ experience in sales and service management, ideally within telecoms or ICT.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of wholesale telecoms solutions.
• Experience engaging at C-level and managing long-term client relationships.
• High-level sales ability with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong product and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical capabilities.
• A current and valid driving licence.
