Occupational Therapist (SEND College) – Hounslow
Part-Time (3 Days per Week) | September Start | Paid to Scale

We are working with a well-established SEND college in Hounslow that is seeking a committed and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team from September on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 16–25 with a range of additional needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties, helping them develop essential life skills and independence in a supportive educational setting.

The Role:

Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions to students
Assess students’ functional needs and create tailored support plans
Support the development of life skills, sensory regulation, and independence
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
Contribute to EHCP outcomes and reviews

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Occupational Therapist (HCPC registered or pending)
Experience working with young people with SEND
Understanding of sensory integration and functional skill development
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs
