An international financial services organisation is seeking an Office Administrator to support its HR team and Executive Committee. This is an excellent entry-level role for a school leaver or graduate keen to gain experience and develop workplace skills.

The Role
• First point of contact for visitors and calls.
• Assist with meeting rooms, travel bookings, and office administration.
• Provide support to HR and senior management.
• Help with projects, events, and ad-hoc tasks across the business.

What You’ll Need
• Confident, organised, and proactive approach.
• Tech-savvy with good Microsoft Office skills.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
