Operations Assistant to the Operations Manager needed

My client are a small but rapidly growing company in the field of Green Energy technology delivering to the construction sector.
They are seeking an Operations Assistant to help with the running and administration in the office during some rapid growth.

Duties are varied and interesting and will include:
• Managing goods flow through the office / laboratory.
• Shipping, packing and logistics (primarily within the UK)
• Updating and organising Engineers on site
• On occasion assisting technical support staff in handling calls and resolving issues
• General office administration
• Ensuring CRM and project documents are up to date
• Collating paperwork in support of contracts, tenders and bids.

To do this role:
You will be computer literate with a strong understanding of Microsoft and other software packages particularly Excel and ideally some CRM awareness.
Strong written and spoken communication with experience of dealing with companies and members of the public.
Strong Administration skills, ideally with shipping or logistics.
