• Most importantly, having a passion for working with children with additional needs

Desirable:

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE, NVQ in Childcare/Education, a degree in a relevant field)

Who Works Best:
• Proactive and able to use their initiative to support children in staying engaged.
• Nurturing, patient, and empathetic, with a natural ability to build positive relationships.
• Calm under pressure, able to respond to challenging behaviour with positivity and consistency.
• Organised and reliable, with a professional approach to supporting pupils and working with staff.

We Offer:
• A welcoming, supportive team environment
• Ongoing professional development
• The opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives

The most important thing we look for in our Teaching Assistants is a passion for the role. If you love working with children with SEN but don't have the experience required, I would love to have a chat with you anyways!

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
