Pay: £150–£180 per day (PAYE), dependent on experience
PE Teacher – Ad-Hoc Supply in Cheam, Sutton
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic PE Teacher to support a welcoming primary school within the LEO Academy Trust, based in Cheam, Sutton.
The school is looking for a PE Teacher who is available for ad-hoc supply days, providing cover when required. This could be a great opportunity for a teacher looking for flexible supply work, with the potential for the role to develop into a longer-term or full-time position depending on the school's requirements and the right fit.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for PE and enjoy creating engaging, inclusive lessons that encourage pupils to develop their physical skills, confidence and enjoyment of sport.
The Role
As a PE Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across the primary age range.
Teach a range of physical activities and sports.
Adapt activities to suit different ages, abilities and needs.
Encourage pupils to develop confidence, teamwork and positive attitudes towards physical activity.
Maintain a safe, positive and well-managed learning environment.
Manage behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations.
Work alongside class teachers and wider school staff.
Follow lesson plans and school expectations when providing supply cover.

Flexibility and reliability when working on a supply basis.
