Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation undergoing strategic transformation. Our client, a leading provider of fund administration, private client, and corporate services, is seeking a skilled People and Culture Resourcing Senior Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Operating across Guernsey and Jersey, this role supports a high-performing HR team with a strong focus on recruitment, process improvement and data-led talent acquisition.

The successful candidate will possess previous recruitment or HR experience, ideally within financial services or with relevant transferable skills. They will be confident managing recruitment lifecycles, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Sourcing candidates through social media, direct outreach, and proactive talent pipelining.
• Maintaining a talent pool for key roles, ensuring timely responses to recruitment needs.
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors.
• Supporting the rollout and adoption of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across jurisdictions.
• Standardising recruitment processes and developing reusable assessment tools and frameworks.
• Reporting on recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Providing regular headcount reports and forecasts to business leaders and executive teams.
• Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience for new hires.
• Undertaking market research, trend analysis, and maintaining strong networks within the local talent community.
• Providing general support across HR activities such as engagement, diversity and inclusion, internal communications, and learning and development.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional with a strong recruitment background and a passion for delivering quality outcomes. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and an aptitude for using technology to streamline processes. A good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices in Guernsey and Jersey is essential, along with a high level of organisation and confidentiality.
