HR Business Partner – 6-Month Maternity Cover
USA Remote (East Coast)
Upto $125,000
We’re delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing global SaaS organisation (c.500 employees) to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for an exciting remote opportunity supporting teams across the USA and APAC.
This is a commercially focused HRBP role, to cover a 6 month Maternity cover. The role partners closely with senior leaders across international teams to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organisational performance. The business is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders across the USA & APAC to deliver strategic HR support and guidance
Support organisational growth, workforce planning, and people initiatives across international teams
Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
Drive employee engagement and help foster a high-performance culture
Support change management and business transformation initiatives
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and wider HR teams
Ensure HR policies and processes align with business objectives and local employment legislation
Analyse people data and provide insights to support decision-making and workforce planning
About You
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Experience supporting global or international teams, ideally across USA and APAC regions
Confident operating in fast-paced, evolving businesses
Strong employee relations and coaching capability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
