Description

A well-established financial services organisation is seeking an organised and confident individual to join its Unit Linked Operations team. This client-facing role focuses on supporting customers with a wide range of policy servicing requests while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

About the Role
You will handle policy servicing tasks such as premium changes, switches, surrenders, new business processing and customer queries. The role requires strong communication skills, both by phone and email, and the ability to work across multiple systems with excellent attention to detail. Ensuring compliance with legal, audit, risk and AML requirements forms a key part of the position.

Key Responsibilities
• Support customers with their policy servicing needs and meet service standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and intermediaries.
• Complete KYC reviews, AML checks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify data gaps and request additional documentation where required.
• Assist with updating procedures, operational testing and departmental projects.
• Maintain awareness of operational and compliance updates and attend training.

Skills & Experience
• Experience in finance or customer services is desirable.
• Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft 365 and Adobe.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of AML or customer due diligence is an advantage.
