Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of private client tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance
Providing personal tax advisory services
Reviewing tax returns prepared by junior staff and providing technical guidance
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting business development initiatives and identifying advisory opportunities

Requirements
CTA/ATT/ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax legislation
Experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy practice
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to mentor and support junior team members
