The roles are term time only, school hours, working 8:30 to 3:30, two or three days a week with the option of working five days maximum. We have exciting opportunities working in schools as a SEND teaching assistant. You will be able to build relationships with pupils that need 1-1 support in the classroom. You will support their development, be in communication with the school’s SENCO and build professional relationships with important staff that may be interested in building your career after graduating. You will also work along side the main teacher following their lesson plans, leading 1-1 activities and following school policies in behaviour management.
