Recruitment Administrator x 2 – 3 Month Temp Role
Home based with adhoc travel to Watford
£13.50–£15.00 per hour
Full-time | Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30

Looking for an opportunity in an in-house recruitment team? Are you organised, detail-driven, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a people-first retail brand as a Recruitment Administrator on a 3-month temporary assignment. Two roles available!

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the in-house recruitment team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What you'll be doing:
Managing interview scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Ensuring candidate records and applications are accurately maintained on the ATS.
Providing day-to-day admin support to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Handling candidate queries and ensuring a first-class candidate experience.

What you'll bring:
Graduate calibre
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within recruitment, HR, or a busy office environment.
Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident IT skills, including MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
