We are currently looking for a Sales and Services Officer for a role in Sutton. The Sales and Service Officer will verify, assess, process and maintain applications to the righ to buy in accordance with current legislation, council policy and procedures.

Responsibilities:

? Update our housing management system (Northgate) accordingly upon completion of a sale including the creation of new leaseholder accounts

? To support other property sales related work such as completion of section 125 notices and solicitors packs.

? Prepare and send responses to pre-assignment enquiries from solicitors, taking responsibility for the accuracy of the information

? Ensure sales completion and assignment information is received and accurate records maintained

? General administration duties, including managing email inboxes, direct debits, ensuring data integrity

? Provide management information to the Sales and Services Manager
