Sales Director
Initial 9-12 month FTC
c£70,000 (FTE) base with performance related bonus plus benefits
Office based in Watford with sites visits across the Southern regions
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Director for our client to lead the operational transformation of our sales function. With a strong background in the QSR or hospitality sector, you’ll drive improvements in day-to-day execution, embed a data-led culture, and enhance team performance through better processes, tools, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimisation: Improve workflows and embed structured, data-driven sales practices.
Performance Tools & Reporting: Introduce tools to track, measure, and enhance team performance in real time.
Team Coaching: Elevate sales capabilities across customer engagement and digital channels.
Delivery Platform Oversight: Optimise performance on platforms like Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Too Good To Go, including pricing, menu, and promotions.
In-Store Sales Support: Align store teams with digital sales efforts for better results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, ops, and finance to ensure aligned execution.
KPI & Insights Management: Monitor key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Technology Enablement: Improve CRM adoption and leverage dashboards for actionable insights.
Revenue Growth: Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable strategies for sales growth and customer retention.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven sales or operational leadership in QSR or hospitality.
• Strong ability to spot inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Hands-on experience with delivery platforms and digital sales.
• Practical coaching style with a focus on execution and performance.
• Proficiency in KPIs, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-departmental experience.
