Location: Blackburn (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Role: Head of Sales – Solar PV
This role goes far beyond traditional sales. You’ll be a key driver of strategic growth, leading the team and overseeing projects from concept to completion.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Solar PV division, driving performance and growth
• Build and develop your own team as demand increases
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
• Oversee project delivery – coordinate materials, subcontractors, and timelines
• Establish and refine internal processes and SOPs
• Shape your own career path – whether that’s scaling the sales function or transitioning into operations

What You’ll Need
• Proven experience in the Solar PV industry (essential)
• A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for renewables
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a team
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
• Ability to commute to Blackburn (hybrid working available)
