We're currently recruiting enthusiastic Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stages 3 and 4 in inclusive and nurturing school settings.

Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Support students with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and more
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum
- Adapt resources and learning strategies in collaboration with class teachers and SENCOs
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development
- Be a reliable, caring adult that students can trust and depend on.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting young people with special or additional needs in a school, care, or youth setting
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Psychology degree, etc.)
- Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
- A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach to learning support
