We are looking for inspiring Secondary Teachers to join our team. As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons to pupils in KS3 and KS4, helping them achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4 following the national curriculum
• Assess pupil progress and provide detailed feedback
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Collaborate with other Secondary Teachers, TAs, and support staff
• Communicate with parents regarding pupil progress and wellbeing

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching secondary pupils
• Strong subject knowledge in your teaching area
• Classroom management and organisation skills
• Ability to support pupils with SEND or SEMH needs
