A Manchester primary school is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs.
Responsibilities:
• Support a pupil with individual learning and behaviour targets
• Implement strategies outlined in the EHCP
• Work closely with the SENCO and classroom teacher
Requirements:
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or behavioural needs
• Calm, patient, and empathetic nature
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
