We're recruiting compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs across schools in Hereford.

Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support.
Encourage communication and independence.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff.
Build positive relationships with pupils.
You'll Need
A caring nature.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Calmness under pressure.
Previous SEN experience is welcomed but not essential.
