Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a primary school with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
What You’ll Do:
• Support children in class with learning and social development
• Assist with personalised learning plans for pupils with ASD and SEMH
• Help manage challenging behaviours positively
• Work collaboratively with teachers and TAs to create a nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting pupils with ASD or SEMH
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for inclusive education
• TA qualification (Level 2/3) desirable but not essential
• Team player who can work independently
