We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about working with young people
- Can confidently support students aged 4–16 in a classroom or 1:1 setting
- Have strong interpersonal skills and can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Can adapt quickly and manage behaviour effectively
- Have at least 6–12 months of experience in an educational or youth-based setting (desirable)
- Hold a current DBS on the update service or are willing to apply for one.
