Axcis Education are working closely to support mainstream secondary school in Newton Abbot, who require a full time SENDco from after October Half Term, 2026. The hours are 8.30-16.00, and the rate of pay will be between £175-£220 a day, depending on your teaching experience and qualifications.

•Salary: Paid against Main Pay Scale for Qualified for Unqualified Teachers (Daily Equivalent)

Requirements:
•Experience working as a SENDco or a SENDco Assistant.
•Experience in drafting, amending and reviewing EHCPs
•Overseeing SEND provision across the school
•Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students
•SENDco qualifications would be desirable but not essential.
