Part-Time SENDCo – Primary School | Tower Hamlets

Schedule: 3 days per week (flexible on days)

Contract: Part-time | Ongoing
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in East London (E1) is seeking an experienced SENDCo to join their team on a part-time basis, starting as soon as possible.
This is a key role in the school’s SEND provision, requiring someone with up-to-date knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, strategic approach. You’ll be responsible for overseeing support for pupils with a range of needs, working closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure every child receives the right support to thrive.
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a SENDCo or in a senior SEND role (essential)
-NASENCO qualification (preferred) or equivalent training
-Strong understanding of SEN processes, EHCPs, and external referrals
-Confident working with staff to develop inclusive classroom practice
-Available to start immediately and work 3 days per week
