An established technology provider is seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their Cloud Services team. This role is responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise-level cloud infrastructures, covering virtualisation platforms (VMware and alternatives), Azure Hub, networking, storage, and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect, install, and operate hardware and software hosting cloud services.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions including IaaS, disaster recovery, backup, and network security.
• Provide third-line support and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor team members and contribute to service improvements.
• Liaise with customers on infrastructure design, migration, and backup/DR strategies.

Skills & Experience
• 3 or more years’ experience in a systems administration role, preferably in a service provider environment.
• Strong expertise in VMware or other virtualisation platforms, storage, networking, and security.
• Relevant certifications (VCP, MCSE, CCNP or equivalent) highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001, or PCI-DSS beneficial.
