A well-established financial and fiduciary services provider is seeking an experienced Senior Trust & Company Administrator to join its private client team.
The position is based in Guernsey and will support the organisation’s Alderney office. It would suit a STEP or ICSA-qualified professional who can confidently manage a varied portfolio of trusts and companies while maintaining a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies.
• Complete bookkeeping and general administrative duties.
• Prepare minutes, agreements, trust instruments and other statutory documentation.
• Liaise with clients, intermediaries and financial institutions.
• Coordinate the purchase and sale of investments, properties and other assets.
• Process payments, distributions, invoices and investments.
• Ensure client due diligence records remain complete and up to date.
• Review client reports and support wider departmental requirements.
Experience and Qualifications
• At least five years’ experience in trust and company administration.
• STEP or ICSA qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a reliable, accurate approach.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, solve problems and work independently.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to adapt to regulatory developments.
• Good GCSE/O Level qualifications, including English and Mathematics.
