This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trust professional to join a well-established firm, managing a portfolio of high-value, complex trusts and companies. The role offers flexibility for the right candidate and includes responsibility for client relationship management and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer a portfolio of demanding trust and company structures with a focus on South African clients.
• Deliver a high standard of professional service and ensure client relationships are managed effectively.
• Supervise, support, and develop junior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and fiduciary practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support wider team objectives.
The Ideal Candidate:
Applicants should have a minimum of 5–10 years’ trust experience and ideally hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP Diploma or NVQ Level 4+). A strong understanding of fiduciary structures and experience with South African clients will be advantageous. The successful candidate will be team-oriented, organised, and confident in dealing with complex client matters.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position; however, flexible hours will be considered. Salary and benefits are competitive and will be pro-rated accordingly.
