Based in London the Software Development Manager will be joining an exciting team focused on the development of IoT lighting based technology for events.

The Software Development Manager will be responsible for Project Management of Software Deliverables, Line Management of Software Developers and Testing Teams, Coaching and performance Management and Team Motivation.

The successful candidate will have a good relevant Degree within a relevant discipline, which could be Computer Science, Electronics or Physics, along with:
• Proven background in Software Development Management, 5 years plus would be ideal, but also people who are currently leading a team and looking for promotion could be considered
• Previous experience in C++ and use of TFS or GIT
• Some experience in Project Management, Agile and Scrum methodologies would be beneficial.
