**Role Overview:**
Our client is seeking a talented Software Engineers to join their new product team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-stack development and should be well-versed in DevOps principles. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including product designers and product managers, to address challenges with high levels of uncertainty. Your role will involve everything from early-stage discovery and concept development to later-stage incubation and scale-up work for new product introduction. You will collaborate with the team to understand the needs of the target users and implement innovative solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop software across the full stack, encompassing front-end web applications to back-end databases and storage.
- Create technical architecture and infrastructure.
- Participate in discovery work, including user interviews and insights synthesis.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, programming languages, and design patterns.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Cultivate a passion for continuous learning and approach every task with empathy.
**Key Requirements:**
- Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, and Ember.
- Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .NET.
- Knowledge of database technologies like MS T-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strong background in software engineering with a history of collaborating closely with users and stakeholders.
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Experience working within cross-functional, insight-led teams.
- Previous involvement in early-stage ventures or startup environments.
- Familiarity with Lean Startup principles and design models like the Double Diamond.
