A leading independent provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate administration and yacht services is seeking a Supervising Accountant to join their Central Services team in Guernsey. The Role

This position will support the Central Finance department, focusing on accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. Key duties include managing the month-end close process, preparing and analysing financial statements, leading billing cycles, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assisting with audits and compliance activities. The role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial matters.

Requirements
• 4–6 years’ relevant experience
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICA or equivalent)
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
