The Role:
We are looking for a versatile and driven individual to take ownership of CRM (customer relationship management) and sales order systems, while occasionally contributing to B2B and B2C sales efforts.
This is a role that combines operational implementation with hands-on commercial activity.
You will play a key part in optimising sales processes, improving the customer experience, and driving revenue through both technology and client engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in implementing or managing CRM platforms and/or sales order processing systems
• Technically minded and process-oriented, with a knack for streamlining workflows – I’m not looking for a IT wizard
• Strong commercial acumen, with some experience or a desire to work in B2B and/or B2C sales
• Comfortable engaging with clients, managing relationships, and identifying sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
