School USPs
• SEMH support room
• Emotional literacy sessions
• Mentoring and multi-disciplinary support

Responsibilities
• 1:1 or small group support for SEMH pupils
• Deliver structured interventions
• Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour

Requirements
• SEMH experience essential
• Empathetic and encouraging
• DBS on the Update Service, or willing to pay for a new DBS and register on the Update Service
