Axcis Education is working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in BS5, Bristol to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with ADHD and autism in one of the largest and most diverse primary schools in the area.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, supporting both academic and personal development
• Assist in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive attitudes to learning
• Promote social interaction in line with the school’s values of kindness, respect and ambition
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced staff team

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting children with ADHD, autism or other SEND (preferred but not essential)
• Is patient, empathetic and passionate about making a difference
• Can adapt their approach to meet the needs of individual pupils
• Holds a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA) or has equivalent experience
