This role involves supporting KS3 and KS4 students with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will play a key role in helping students manage behaviour, engage with learning and develop positive coping strategies within a structured and supportive environment.
Working alongside teaching and pastoral teams, you will provide consistent in-class support, as well as targeted 1:1 interventions where required.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience working within SEMH or behaviour-focused settings
Be confident supporting students with challenging behaviour
Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
Be reliable, resilient and able to commit full-time on a long-term basis
