A nurturing and community-focused Catholic primary school in Mitcham is seeking a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from 1st September. This is a full-time, term-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support within the classroom, along with some small group intervention work, for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) such as dyslexia, and some challenging behaviours.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
A genuine interest in helping pupils with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive, experienced team
Patience, consistency, and a nurturing approach to behaviour and learning support
