What You’ll Be Doing
Providing 1:1 and classroom-based support for children with additional needs
Supporting with interventions in small groups
Promoting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning strategies
Offering encouragement, structure, and consistency to help each child succeed
No Classroom Experience? No Problem.
We welcome candidates with experience from a range of sectors – including care, youth work, support services, the military, or volunteering with vulnerable children or adults. If you're reliable, adaptable, and passionate about making an impact, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For
Personal or professional experience supporting individuals with SEND
A calm, consistent, and empathetic approach to behaviour management
Flexibility to work school hours (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Ability to reliably commute to the WA9 area
