Axcis Education is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team and work in schools across London. We have a range of exciting opportunities available for experienced Teaching Assistants, as well as individuals looking to develop their experience within education.

As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support
• Helping children stay focused and engaged with their learning
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and resources
• Promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

We are keen to hear from candidates who are:
• Passionate about working with children and young people
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic
• Reliable and committed
• Confident working as part of a team
• Able to communicate effectively with pupils and staff
• Experienced in education or working with children (desirable, but not always essential)
