Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:15 am - 2:45 pm (except for Wednesdays with extended hours of 8:15 am - 4:00 pm due to training)
Contract Type: Long-term opportunity

As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support in a school setting that caters to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will be instrumental in creating a nurturing atmosphere that is trauma-informed, ensuring that our students feel safe and encouraged to achieve their full potential. Your commitment to bettering the lives of young people will be at the core of your work, as you assist with classroom activities and provide one-to-one support as needed.

Your role will be essential in helping to manage the classroom environment, engage students in learning, and support the teacher in delivering educational content.
